Can’t go 10 feet in downtown Dallas without seeing milk or graffiti tonight. Strategy from Dallas police and other cities present seems to be to keep people from grouping up too much. Cops are now telling crowds “Downtown is closed, you have been warned, go home.”

  20. Moncada said she was politically active, so she wanted to bring her child to “a peaceful protest.” Once police started deploying their tear gas, the trio couldn’t get out, Radford said. Even with a stroller present, officers fired canisters in their direction, they said.
